Charlie was educated at the Christian Brothers Line Wall College and Bayside Comprehensive, Gibraltar. He read law at Kingston University London and completed his Bar Vocational Course at the Inns of Court School of Law. He was called to the Bar by the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple in 1989. Charlie recently sat as Chairman of the Rent Tribunal and is a member of the board of the Gibraltar Health Authority and Port Authority and also sits on the Pharmaceutical Services Board.
Charlie specialises in property and real estate and is widely recognised as one of Gibraltar’s leading lawyers in this field. He also deals with general commercial work and has represented developers in some of Gibraltar’s largest development schemes. He has also been instructed by banks in relation to large financing projects and has a wide range of knowledge on general commercial matters. |
