Brendan holds BCL and LLB degrees from University College Cork in Ireland. He is a member of the Bar in Gibraltar, an admitted solicitor of the Law Society of England and Wales and an admitted solicitor of the Law Society of Ireland. Brendan is also a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
Brendan joined Triay Stagnetto Neish in 2006 from the UK law firm of Denton Wilde Sapte. Brendan was previously a partner with DWS and was the firm’s managing partner at their highly successful Gibraltar office up to 31 January 2006.
Brendan practices mainly in the areas of corporate, banking and financial services and has niche specialisms in both funds and gaming law. Brendan represents several of the large retail and private banks in Gibraltar and regularly assists the increasing number of institutional lenders using Gibraltar with corporate and transactional advice concerning their international financing transactions. |
