Louis is the managing partner of the firm. He heads the firm’s corporate and commercial departments specialising in taxation and cross-border restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, and refinancings.
He is fluent in English and Spanish, and was educated in Worth School, going on to qualify at UCL, before attending the Council of Legal Education. He is a member of the Middle Temple and was called to the Bar in 1989.
He currently chairs the Association of Trust and Company Managers in Gibraltar and sits on the Gibraltar Finance Centre Council. He has been active in reviewing and assisting the Government, industry and regulators on tax, company legislation, anti-money laundering issues and conduct of business regulations. |
