Joelle’s areas of practice are diverse and include both criminal and civil litigation. She appears in the Magistrates’ and Supreme Courts regularly, and has also appeared in the Court of Appeal, before the Trade Licensing Authority and before the Employment Tribunal.
After joining the litigation department of TSN in February 2016, Joelle has been involved as junior counsel in a landmark insolvency case which was the first to be dealt with under new insolvency legislation.
Joelle read law at the University of Leeds and undertook the Bar Vocational Course at the University of the West of England in Bristol. A member of the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple, she was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2009 and to the Gibraltar Bar in 2010. She has been a member of the Bar Council since 2015.
