Nick read law at the University of Kent in Canterbury and then went on to study for an LL.M in International Maritime Law at the University of Nottingham where his Masters dissertation consisted of a rebuttal of Gibraltar’s labelling as a Flag of Convenience. He stayed on in Nottingham in order to undertake the Legal Practice Course before returning to Gibraltar.
Nick joined TSN in September 2007 and has since become a key member of both the firm’s commercial litigation and construction law teams advising on both contentious and non-contentious issues. |
