Kelly was educated at Westside Comprehensive School in Gibraltar, where she completed her secondary education. She read Law at Newcastle University going on to qualify for her Bar Vocational Course in the same City, whilst attending Northumbria University. She was called to the Bar by the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple in October 2009 and in Gibraltar in December 2009.
Kelly joined TSN in September 2009 and is involved in numerous areas of its practice. She works mainly with the litigation department dealing with criminal and civil matters. She appears before the Magistrates and Supreme Courts regularly.
