Kelly Power


Kelly read Law at Newcastle University going on to qualify for her Bar Vocational Course in the same City. She was called to the Bar of England & Wales by the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple in October 2009 and to the Supreme Court of Gibraltar in December 2009. 

Kelly joined TSN in September 2009 and is a prominent member of the litigation team who appears in the Magistrates Court, Supreme Court and Industrial Tribunal regularly.  She is instructed on a wide variety of matrimonial, employment and criminal matters and is largely involved in the firm’s probate and debt-recovery practice as well. Whilst Kelly’s main focus is general litigation, she also undertakes advisory and drafting work in connection with civil matters.

Kelly has been involved in large scale construction, public law and trust cases during her time at TSN (as junior counsel), acting on behalf of, inter alia, the Government of Gibraltar and international corporate clients. She has also more recently been involved in high-value mis-selling cases, acting as junior counsel, on behalf of clients such as financial advisers.
