Kelly joined TSN in September 2009 after reading law at Newcastle University and completing the Bar Professional Training Course at Northumbria University.
Kelly is a prominent member of the firm’s litigation team whose practice includes a number of key litigation areas such as contentious trusts and fraud, family, insolvency and financial services. In recent years Kelly has been involved in various high value, high-profile civil disputes including appeals to the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council.
Kelly also regularly advises on trademark matters and private client issues.
