Colleene deals with all aspects of residential and commercial conveyancing and has advised property developers, landlords, government bodies, lending institutions, gaming companies and other corporate bodies as well as individual vendors and purchasers. The combination of her firm negotiating, ensuring that the clients’ needs are always paramount and her approachable, friendly and down-to-earth style which quickly puts her clients at ease have earnt her a stellar reputation within Gibraltar’s Property Law community.

Colleene Wink started her legal career in 2001 at one of Gibraltar’s largest law firms and attained partnership in 2009.  Following the birth of her second son in 2014, Colleene relinquished her partnership in order to balance her work and family life during her sons’ formative years.  During this time she continued to work as a consultant, most recently with Ramparts European Law firm and joining TSN in June 2018.

Educated at Westside School in Gibraltar Colleene went on to read Law at The University of Wales, Cardiff and was called to the Bar by the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple in October 2001 and thereafter called to the Gibraltar Bar in November 2001.  Colleene is also a member of the Gibraltar Bar Council which is the council responsible for regulation and professional standards of the legal profession in Gibraltar.
