Damon Bossino’s practice is wide ranging and encompasses a considerable amount of commercial and non-contentious work. He has recently been involved in a number of high- value transactions with major banks and other lending institutions. He regularly advises on lendings, employment, probate and admiralty matters.

Damon brings with him a good grounding in dispute resolution work having previously specialised in civil and criminal litigation. His wide variety of cases involved personal injuries, medical negligence, admiralty and breaches of health and safety regulations. He has appeared in all Gibraltar courts, including the Magistrates’ Court, the Supreme Court, the Court of Appeal and the Employment Tribunal.

Damon was a Member of Parliament between 2011 and 2015 having been the deputy leader of his party. He shadowed various government ministries including financial services, inward investment, the port, tourism, civil aviation, transport, employment, training and social security.

Educated in Gibraltar at Bayside School, Damon completed his Bar Vocational Course at the Inns of Court School of Law. In 1995, he was called to the bar by the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple in England, and in Gibraltar. He served as a member of the Bar Council in Gibraltar from 1999 to 2007.

Damon is a Member of Gibraltar’s Parliament. He shadows various government ministries including financial services, the port, tourism, transport, planning, heritage and lands.
