Seth joined TSN in September 2022 and is an Associate in the Commercial and Financial Services’ Department.
Seth specialises in corporate, banking, financial services, and insurance matters. Seth has acted for several of Gibraltar’s major banks, both retail and private, and regularly advises on corporate transactional matters such as acquisitions, disposals, and enforcements for international clients and institutions. Additionally, Seth has extensive experience in development finance, having been instructed by both banks and developers for various developments in Gibraltar.
After graduating with a BA Hons in Sociology, Seth went on to complete the Graduate Diploma in Law at Cardiff University, before undertaking the Legal Practice Course with an additional Masters in Law, Business and Management at the University of Law.
With previous experience at the Gibraltar Financial Services Commission, where he worked closely with the Conduct of Business and DLT teams, Seth has a strong understanding of Gibraltar’s financial services legal framework, with a keen interest in funds and crypto.
Outside of work, Seth is a Category 1 football referee with the Gibraltar Football Association, and has had the privilege of representing Gibraltar abroad in several different countries to officiate in domestic and international competitions. In 2019, Seth attended, and successfully completed, the UEFA Centre of Referee Excellence in Nyon, Switzerland.
He was admitted, and enrolled as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Gibraltar in November 2023 and currently sits as a board member of the Law Council which is a statutory body formed under the Legal Services Act. Seth also serves as a board member on the Gibraltar Federation of Small Businesses, contributing to the advancement of small business interests in Gibraltar.
